We are searching for a Senior Vice President of Client Strategy & Growth—a dynamic thinker, visionary leader, and exceptional client partner. Someone ready to roll up their sleeves, inspire a hard-working and talented team, and amplify the impact of our clients’ brands in unforgettable ways.

About the Role

As SVP of Client Strategy & Growth, you’ll be a driving force behind our client relationships and business growth. You will bridge account and creative, supporting the teams in crafting strategies and campaigns that deliver unmatched results. You will be a key player at the table, working with the executive team to help shape the future of our agency through strategic leadership, innovation, and collaboration.

Reporting to the Head of Client Development with a dotted line to the Head of Creative & Strategy, this proven leader will closely collaborate with senior partners from Creative, Account, Operations, Finance and Biz Dev to help build meaningful brand experiences for new and existing clients.

What does success look like in this role? You will help to evolve and grow relationships with senior clients, push boundaries to win new business, and mentor teams to create visionary brand experiences that stand out in our industry. Focus areas will include introducing senior-level clients to our evolving and expanding strategic/creative offering, championing new solutions and services with existing clients, and identifying opportunities with new prospects.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly qualified candidate who possesses drive, creativity, accountability and an unwavering passion to inspire greatness around you. You have an instinct for navigating complex challenges and transforming goals into imaginative strategies.

  • Experience managing client relationships at a senior level, leading brand strategies, creative executions, and overseeing multimillion-dollar campaigns.
  • A proven track record in growth—successfully expanding business, winning new accounts, and generating lasting results.
  • Visionary leadership skills—mentorship comes naturally to you, and you thrive on empowering teams to push boundaries. Experience bridging creative and account teams is a huge plus.
  • A strategic storyteller who knows how to turn consumer insights and data into compelling narratives that connect brands with audiences.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit—you take bold ideas and turn them into actionable plans that move the needle.
  • Integrated Marketing Communication background—the ideal candidate has agency experience as well as brand marketing on the client side.

Salary and Benefits

  • $175,000 - $200,000 based on multiple factors including, but not limited to experience, education, skills, seniority, performance and background
